Residences offer luxury right from beginning, with an entrance featuring a custom designed entry door and stone threshold. Upon entering the residence, one will note the rich wood flooring in all living areas. Residences include cozy electric fireplaces and bedrooms feature plush designer carpeting.
Kitchens within the residences boast European wood cabinets by Boffi, as well as polished granite slab countertops and full height backsplash. The kitchens also feature stainless steel double sinks, and stainless steel Miele appliances including a five-burner cook-top, oven, dishwasher, hood fan, and refrigerator.
Residents can enjoy bathrooms with Italian Boffi wood vanities and self-closing cabinet doors and drawers. Master bathrooms feature white cast iron tubs with marble deck, separate glass shower enclosures, and marble or basalt flooring in gracious oversized tiles.
Private Estates:
The Private Estates build on the luxury of the Residences, offering even more in the process. Private Estates feature overheight ceilings and richwood flooring in a French herringbone pattern.
The Private Estates include Dornbracht Tara Classic mixer, Sub-Zero 24” under counter wine storage, Miele stainless steel coffee maker and a Sub-Zero 36” custom panelled refrigerator.
The master en suite bathroom includes the same features as those in the Residences, in addition to a custom LCD TV built in to the mirror.
